You must use NextPhoto only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform requirements.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Uploading malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or attempting unauthorized access.
- Collecting or sharing data without required rights, notice, or consent.
- Sending spam, phishing, or non-consensual communications.
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
3. Messaging and Consent
You may use messaging features only for recipients with valid consent where required.
You are responsible for maintaining records of consent and honoring opt-out requests without delay.
Transactional messaging must remain service-related and must not be used for deceptive or unauthorized marketing.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to affected services.
Where appropriate, we may remove content, restrict access, or report activity to law enforcement or relevant authorities.
