DMCA Policy

1. Copyright Policy

NextPhoto respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

If you believe content available through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice as described below.

2. DMCA Notice Requirements

A valid DMCA notice should include the following information:

  • Your full legal name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its specific location (URL).
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing legally required information.

When appropriate, we may restore removed material in accordance with applicable law.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. Submit Notices

Submit DMCA notices and counter-notifications to services@nextphoto.app with subject line "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice".
