1. API Access

These API Terms govern your use of NextPhoto APIs and developer tools.

API access may require an active account, approved credentials, and compliance with these terms and our main Terms & Conditions.

2. Credentials and Security

• Keep API keys and tokens confidential and do not share them publicly.
• Rotate credentials promptly if compromise is suspected.
• Implement reasonable safeguards to protect personal data and account access.
• You are responsible for all API activity performed with your credentials.

3. Usage Limits

API usage may be subject to rate limits, quotas, and plan restrictions.

You may not attempt to bypass usage controls, technical safeguards, or tenant boundaries.

4. Restrictions

• Do not use the API for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Do not reverse engineer private endpoints or attempt to access unauthorized data.
• Do not use automated traffic that degrades platform performance or stability.
• Do not resell or sublicense API access without written authorization.

5. Suspension and Changes

We may limit, suspend, or terminate API access for violations, security concerns, non-payment, or service abuse.

We may update API behavior and these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
